    A. Many are not getting enough _________ and sleep.
50% of the population reports to experiencing day time drowsiness on a regular basis.  We live in a day and age where people can work and play around the clock—is this really God’s way?
    B. Many are open to various __________of disease and disabilities due to lack of rest and sleep.
Scripture says it is vain to rise up early and stay up late! We are more prone to chronic fatigue,
obesity, depression & even marriage and domestic problems when we don’t rest.

    B. We need to remember the many ______________of getting enough rest and sleep
Matthew 11:28-30.  God alone doesn’t need to sleep. He will take the watch and care adequately for us Psalm 127:1-2. Do we believe it?
We will control our weight better, maintain better muscle mass, grow normally, slow the aging process, boost our immune system, increase brain function and feel more relaxed and less stressed if we took more time for rest and sleep!
    C. We need to _____________more time into our schedule to take naps and enjoy
deep sleep.
Even Jesus took naps—Mark 4:35-38, 6:30-33.  We must remember we are human beings not human doings
    D. We must learn to share the daily ________________in life.
    Exodus 18:13-23
TEAM—TOGETHER EVERYBODY ACHIEVES MORE.   Am I a team player? Do I allow others to share the load in the home, at work and in the ministry?
Point to Ponder: We all need to learn to say no, go slow, and really know that He is God.

Rev 21:5- “He who was seated on the throne said, I am making everything new!” Rev 5:11, 7:9, 21:9-21
Heaven will not be a cramped and cluttered place; it will be glorious beyond description. Heaven would not be heaven if we could define it.
2. HEAVEN WILL BE FULL OF ______________& SERVICE.
Revelation 22:3— “No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and His servants will serve Him.”  Revelation 1:6, 4:9-11, 5:8-14, 7:11-15, Matthew 25:14-30
We will sing and rejoice like never before! It will come from pure and grateful hearts and our service will not be forced or wearisome. Can you imagine that? Do you really think we will be bored in eternity?

DO I LIVE TO EAT OR EAT TO LIVE? (Nov 3rd)
1. GOD CREATED FOOD FOR OUR GOOD & ALL OF IT IS TO BE RECEIVED THANKFULLY.  IT IS_______________________ BY THE WORD & PRAYER.
See I Timothy 4:4-5
We were originally designed for more of a vegetarian diet— Genesis 1:29-31 & 9:3.  This type of diet is more healthy—Daniel 1:8-15.  As a Christian, your diet will not keep you out of heaven, but it may get you there sooner if you are not careful!
2. EVERY DAY WE HAVE A ________________BETWEEN EATING LIVING FOOD AND DEAD FOOD.
I Corinthians 6:12— “Everything is permissible for me—but not everything is beneficial.”
Everything we put into our mouths has the potential for either life or death? Will this treasure my temple or trash it?  Bad foods are convenient, they appeal to our cravings, they give us comfort, but they have serious consequences to eating them!  Living foods include fruits, vegetables, grains, seeds & nuts. They are beautifully packaged in divinely created wrappers called skins and peels.
3. WE MUST LEARN TO _______________OUR PORTION SIZE AND WELL AS OUR PASSION FOR EATING.
Proverbs 23:20-21— Do not join those who drink too much wine or gorge themselves on meat, for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags.  Galatians 5:16, 22-23, I Corinthians 6:12-13, 10:31
Why am I eating this? Is this healthy and honoring to God or am I simply doing it to fulfill a craving & to seek comfort?  Am I letting food control me or the Holy Spirit? Has food become my god and goal?
DID YOU KNOW?  More than 2,000 studies support the fact that a low-caloric optimal nutrition diet can extend life 30-50%.  In 1970, typical Americans spent 6 billion on fast food. In 2000 we spent 110 billion! Lord, help us all!!!
ANSWERS:  CONSECRATED, CHOICE, & CONTROL.

WHO ARE NOT FOUND IN THE LAMB’S BOOK OF LIFE
Revelation 20:7-15, Matthew 7:21-23.  Hebrews 10:30— “It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”
